What's CHANGE With Chelsey ?

I am a working mama who has a passion for helping other busy women get fit! Staying fit and healthy while chasing your children and/or working may seem incredibly stressful but I am here to tell you it can be done and fun! I have created CHANGE With Chelsey  to help women fit in a 15-20 minute workout at home that requires no equipment! My goal is to reach as many busy women as possible and help them take just a few minutes, a few days a week to focus on themselves and to feel physically and mentally healthy.
